The Villa
In the late 1990s, Piero and his family renovated the old late 19th-century Art Nouveau manor house in order to create their cozy B&B in San Gimignano: limited number of rooms, private parking and swimming pool.

Garden with Swimming Pool
The well-kept garden surrounds the entire Villa, full of shade and flowering plants.In the relaxation area equipped with sofas, armchairs and coffee table, it is possible to sip a drink in comfort in the shade of a large gazebo.The Outdoor Swimming Pool reserved only for Facility guests has about ten sunbeds and umbrellas, whirlpool area and solarium.

The room is a little gem of exposed stone, the Villa’s original wine cellar, decorated with furnishings and tablecloths reminiscent of ancient Tuscany.
When you wake up, a rich and delicious buffet awaits you to start your day off right: sweet and savory breakfast, hot and cold dishes, fresh eggs, selection of pecorino cheese and local cold cuts. On request, we also cater for special diets, intolerances and allergies.
